Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy below.
Cooling-Off Period (CPA)
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- The item is not defective due to misuse
Return courier costs during the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Timeframe
In addition to the cooling-off period, we offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to our office at the customer’s own cost.
Alternatively, we can arrange collection via The Courier Guy – Door-to-Locker service at R79 (one way).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective goods may be returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which allows returns for defective items within 6 months of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Please refer to the size charts and individual garment measurements before placing your order.
If you ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange the garment (subject to stock availability). Please note:
- Courier costs are the responsibility of the customer
- This includes both return and re-delivery costs
We can arrange:
- Collection and delivery via The Courier Guy – Locker-to-Door service for R158, or
- You may arrange your own courier
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
