Shipping

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
• Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of R89. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Flat rate of R150. Delivered in 1–2 business days.

Shipping Destinations

• Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders via PUDO within South Africa.
• Local Addresses: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, Physical Addresses or Postnet Suites.
• International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of South Africa. Please email us any such requests for a quote on shipping internationally.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking Email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
• Damages: We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or incorrect Item

If you have a missing item or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 3 days of your order being received.
